Fully automatic diesel fired boiler based on Italian technology.
Space saving, can be installed within the finishing hall.
Shell 'N' Shell technology, totally safe, ensures more steam generation with less diesel consumption.
Flue gases are circulated 3 times internally to get the maximum of energy required for steam generation.
Totally dry steam output ensures no yellow patches on the garments due to water spillage from the steam irons.
More output as the operator does not waste time for the steam to achieve the optimum temperature and dryness.
20% more economical as compared to the versions available in the market using Shell tube technology.
No harmful fumes exhausted so no pollution hazards.
Complete safety, features like dual pressure switchs, safety valve, auto water level controls are provided for easy and safe operation of the boiler.
Panels are structure powder coated for long.
Shell is insulated with high length (1250oC) insulating blanket to prevent heat loss due to condensation of steam inside the shell.
