  • Mercury level controller for continuous steam generation without breakdowns.
  • Stainless steel elements with high voltage testing for long life.
  • Built in safety features like safety valve, pressure switch (Italian made), incorporated for safety of the operator confirming to European standards.
  • High pressure tested shell made of seamless boiler grade pipe.
  • Built in condensate separator to generate dry steam continuously.
  • High pressure pump ensures water feeding even at high pressures in the shell.
  • Mild steel cabinet thick powder coated for long life.
  • Shell insulated with 1250oC insulating material which ensures to heat loss due to condensation of steam.
  • Available in various versions to feed from 2 to 7 pressmen.
